The classic Rietveld 'Red Blue Chair', conceived by the Dutch designer and architect in 1917 and representing one of the first explorations by the De Stijl art movement in three dimensions, was designed to resemble the paintings of Piet Mondrian. This faithful reproduction is finished in lacquered wood, along with all the original primary colour finishes, and despite the deliberate omission of upholstery, is amazingly comfortable.
Please note that this hand made item has a five week delivery time.
